From September 18 to 23, our customer support services will be undergoing maintenance, which may result in slower response times than usual. We will prioritize urgent cases such as account issues, game bugs, or incomplete purchases during this period.
We appreciate your understanding and would like to remind you that while all inquiries will be addressed, those related to feedback, suggestions, or general questions may experience longer delays, this is to ensure that you’ll get the attention you deserve, as we have noted some cases end filtered and take days to attend, so we want to avoid those delays and we will be hosting this maintenance.
Additionally, please note that our customer support platform (Helpshift), accessible from the in-game settings menu, is not the place to report hackers or community violations. For such reports, please follow the steps outlined here: Our Commitment to a Safe and Enjoyable Gaming Environment.
