What was affected?
The information involved was limited and of low sensitivity, including both usernames and IP addresses.
What should you do?
For you, no action is needed; however, we will always recommend that you be cautious with any unexpected messages that may claim to be from us, and that you remember that we will never ask for your password or payment information under any circumstances.
What are we doing?
We have contained the incident, we have secured our systems, we have updated access credentials, and we have notified all relevant data authorities. We are continuing to investigate the incident further, as well as strengthen our data security measures overall.
