We are always looking for ways to improve the game. We'll take into account your suggestions. We'll keep working to improve many areas in the game in following updates.

This error could be related to your own connection. Have you tried playing on wifi? This will probably solve it. There is a signal strength icon in the upper right corner in the game during battle. Please make sure you have full 4 green-color bars, which indicates you have a good signal strength and ping speed. Less than that or other color indicates your connection is not strong enough to have a good play experience. The game will actually prevent you from entering a match if your signal is not good enough, or it could take you out of the match if during the battle your signal strength becomes weaker, making it difficult to complete the match. This is for your own best experience and that of other players. Please try with a different connection and let us know how it goes.

We are constantly doing efforts to improve loading times. This will also depend on the strength of your connection. Make sure you are playing close to your wifi router for a best experience.

In order to use your other device with the same account you must be logged to Google Play in both devices. Please try this and let us know how it goes.

Yes, you can transfer your profile to iOS. You have to log in to Google+ first. Then go to Settings/Account in the game, then Link Device in both devices you’d like to link, then follow the steps as indicated there. Please try this and let us know how did it go and if you need further assistance.

If you received a message that indicates you won’t be able to continue playing or you see your progress is not recorded anymore in the game, then we are sad to say we have identified your account has downloaded a mod apk containing a cheat. Please know this is against our policies of fair competition amongst players. Please email us at mwa@tinybytes.com so we can talk about it and work out a solution together.

Alliance unlocks when you reach rank PV2 (Level 10). You can then go to Main Menu, look for the bottom right button that says ‘Alliance’ and click on it. This will take you to a new screen where you will see two buttons: Search Alliance (this is to join an existing Alliance) and Create Alliance. Select your preferred option and follow the steps that follow according to your preference. Hope this helps.

The Member Contributions to the Alliance Tasks is showing the total number of kills the Alliance has achieved in a week. The Reward Level shows the last kills the Alliance has achieved in total in a week. So numbers won’t match if you are leveling up.

Currently, the Alliance Leader is the only one who can transfer his/her leadership. This means that it is not possible for us to make someone else the Leader even though the current Leader is inactive or has been inactive for an extended period of time. Our best advice is for you and other active members to create a new Alliance or even go to another Alliance together.

If you accidentally transferred your Alliance ownership to someone else, kindly ask the promoted member to return the Alliance ownership since we are not able to revert the action.

We are listening to your feedback and will keep working to improve matchmaking in the game. Right now, matchmaking is based on STRENGTH. This means that, if for example, your Tier 2 vehicle is upgraded, it will be a fair match against a Tier 3 vehicle. This explains why you can battle against vehicles of different Tiers.

I was put into a battle with a higher rank player, is this fair? Actually it is. The player's rank only reflects how much the player has played, not STRENGTH. To ensure fair matchmaking we rely solely on the STRENGTH of the vehicles, so it just depends on what vehicles players pick.

We are constantly working to improve and perfect controls in the game. In the meantime, please make sure you have tried all control options existing in the game.

Try changing controls settings in the Options / Configuration Menu.

There are two aiming controls to choose from:

1) Automatic Aim

or

2) Manual Aim (Camera Drag Mode): you can rotate the camera by swiping left and right whilst you move in a different direction. This gives you the freedom to aim at the opponent you chose to aim.

We haven't optimized the game to work with the physical controllers. This requires a specific development work which we haven't conducted yet. The game is currently in development. We might take on this at some point in the future, in which case we'll let you know. By the way, have you tried different controls settings in the game?

Gamepad support currently works ONLY for gameplay, it does NOT include menus navigation.
Gamepad support can be enabled in the settings screen, where two different mappings are supported.

The most probable case is you temporarily exhausted the Video Ad inventory. Oftentimes, despite the fact that the button is available, videos may not play after tapping on it. This also means there aren’t any ads available. Unfortunately, the availability of those videos depends on the ad network’s inventory for each geographic region and device.

The button to watch videos disappears when there aren’t videos available to be played. If the button to watch more videos button is inactive that’s most probably because you’ve run out of inventory of videos to watch for now. We suggest you come back to watch more ads the next day (at least 24 hours) for videos to stock again and see if you can run more videos. Please try this and us know if this works. Alternatively, until Video Ads are stocked again, you can refill fuel by inviting friends, or waiting for fuel to normally refill with time.

You can easily cancel the subscription to the game right from your device. Please note that deleting the app will not cancel your subscription. The directions to cancel your subscription depends on the operating system of your device.

If you are using Apple (iOS) device, please go through the following steps:

1. Open your device’s Settings;
2. Scroll down and tap on iTunes & App Store;
3. Tap on Apple ID: (your e-mail), then tap View Apple ID and enter your password if prompted;
4. Tap Manage under Subscriptions and select Massive Warfare: Aftermath. f you are using iOS 10, tap on Subscriptions and select Massive Warfare: Aftermath;
5. Disable auto-renewal by tapping on the green button and tap Done. If you are using iOS 10, tap on Cancel Subscription.

(If you don’t see Massive Warfare: Aftermath subscription under Subscription and are still being charged, make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID being charged)

If you are using Google (Android) device, please follow these steps:

1. Launch Google Play Store on your device;
2. Tap Menu, then My Apps;
3. Tap Subscriptions and select Massive Warfare: Aftermath;
4. On Massive Warfare: Aftermath’ page, tap Cancel Subscription, and once again in the confirmation box.

Generally, app stores do not provide refunds for in-app purchases. However, if you or someone who has access to your Apple/Google ID have accidentally subscribed, please contact the app store directly to request a refund.

If you have an Apple (iOS) account, please:

1. Go to Apple’s problem reports page;
2. Log in with your Apple ID username (usually your email address) and password;
3. Select the Apps tab;
4. Find the purchase you want refunded;
5. Select Report a Problem right next to Purchase;
6. Select the reason why you are requesting the refund;
7. Fill in the description box with the explanation;
8. Click Submit.

If you have a Google (Android) account, please:

1. Visit Google support page;
2. On Option 2: Request a refund on the Google Play Website;
3. Tap on the refunds page;
4. Fill in the form;
5. Select the reason why you would like a refund;

If you are using an Apple (iOS) device and would like to change your subscription, please go through the following steps:

1. Open Settings in your device;
2. Tap iTunes & App Store;
3. Tap Apple ID: (your email address);
4. Tap View Apple ID;
5. Under Subscriptions, tap Manage;
6. Tap Massive Warfare: Aftermath;
7. Select the subscription you want to change it to.

The new subscription will take effect and be charged accordingly after the current period ends.

If you are on a Google (Android) device, please cancel your current subscription and subscribe to the desired one!

App stores can only purchase a subscription if there is a credit card on file in your account. A credit card is needed because the subscription will be recurrently charged.

Unfortunately, App Store, iTunes, and Google Play Cards are not valid payment methods for subscriptions. If you have any doubts regarding accepted payment methods, please contact the app stores directly.

There are five league categories: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond and Legend (from lowest to highest).

Each of them has five divisions: V, IV, III, II and I (from lowest to highest).

So in total, there are twenty-five leagues to compete in (5x5 = 25).

By scrolling through your leagues' leaderboard you may see a PROMOTION ZONE on the top and a DEMOTION ZONE on the bottom.

Make sure you make enough score during the league period, so that you are above the PROMOTION ZONE marker, to be promoted to a higher league.

If on the contrary, you did a poor score during the league period, and you are below the DEMOTION ZONE marker, then you will be demoted to a lower league.

By ascending in the Leagues ladder you will get higher rewards after each battle.

After each battle a battle reward is given; these battle rewards come in three flavors:

- Cash

- Global Skill Points

- Vehicle Skill Points

- Keys

The higher your League, the higher the battle rewards you will receive after each battle. Reach the top leagues to earn the best rewards.

In order to report inappropriate language and/or abusive behavior is through the red exclamation mark button in the chat, next to the player's offensive message.

No offers, links, promotions or adverts of any kind are ever mentioned in the chat.

If you see any such type of suspicious messages in the user generated chat, then please feel free to report it so that we can take immediate action.

Each vehicle has a unique set of Skills or passive abilities, which can be researched in the vehicle's Skill tree.

Only one skill (per vehicle) can be equipped at a time, before entering the battle.

To unlock new Vehicle Skills you need to get Skill Points by playing battles. The Skill Points can then be used to research the Skill tree until you reach a specific Skill for your vehicle.

There are two types of Skill Points:

- Vehicle-specific Skill Points: these are easier to obtain, but can only be used on a specific vehicle.

- Global Skill Points: these are harder to obtain, and therefore can be used on any vehicle.

Rank higher in the Leagues to obtain more Skill Points faster.

These are some of the skills that can be found in the game:

Turbo: Increases speed and rate of fire; but slightly reduces attack and armor.

Fire Blast: Ignites the target, dealing extra damage over time.

Extended: Increases the duration of all power ups and tech.

Charged Fire: Increases damage if you stop moving for a few seconds.

Flanker: Increases the critical damage; but decreases the normal damage.

Armored: Increases armor and damage; but decreases speed.

Auto Repair: Slowly repairs itself while not reloading.

Magnetism: Attracts nearby powerups and pickups.

Destroyer: Increases damage against badly damaged enemies.

Last Stand: Prevents death on fatal shots. Activates only once per spawn.

Fire Rush: Increases rate of fire whenever you hit the same enemy (cumulative). Bonus resets on a miss.

Vampire: Regenerates the vehicle for every blow to an enemy.

Invictus: Increases damage while your vehicle is not badly damaged.

Effective Armor: Grants a short-lived shield every time you get shot. Shield absorbs a single shot.

Fast Reload: Reloads incredibly fast. Deals less damage. Higher DPS.

Phalanx: Activates a shield after killing an enemy. Shield absorbs a single shot.

Deflector: Adds a chance to halve the damage of every incoming shot.

Adrenaline: Increases damage while your vehicle is badly damaged.

After each battle you play you will be awarded with both Vehicle-specific Skill Points and Global Skill points.

Rank higher in the Leagues to obtain more Skill Points faster.

- Events are limited time modifiers to the game.

- They appear over the BATTLE button and inside the lobby screen (under GAMEMODE).

- Make sure to enable the EVENTS notification in the Settings screen to get notified when they are about to start.

- Get ready to play when a new EVENT has started!

These are some of the EVENTS that can be found in the game:

- EXTRA CASH: increases the amount of Cash that can be picked up in the battlefield.

- EXTRA GOLD: increases the amount of Gold that can be picked up in the battlefield.

- EXTRA FUEL: increases the amount of Fuel that can be picked up in the battlefield.

- EXTRA VIP POINTS: increases the amount of VIP Points that can be picked up in the battlefield.

- DOMINATION: Capture those beacons to win!

- CRITICAL: increases the Critical damage inflicted from behind, thus adding an extra strategy layer.

- QUAD-DAMAGE: Grab the Quad-Damage pickup and your attack power will be quadrupled for a limited time.

- PIÑATA: Collect the Gold and avoid being blown like a Piñata!

- MINEFIELD: Lots of Mine pickups all around, avoid being blown to pieces while you drop those mines!

You can send Gifts to other Players within the game!

To do so, you first need to open the other player's profile.

In the other player's profile screen there's a GIFT icon next to the player name. Click the GIFT button and you will see the GIFT screen from where you can send any Gift you'd like.

Blueprints can be traded in for vehicles. Each vehicle has its own blueprint requirement. You can see how many blueprints you have for each vehicle, along with the required amount, in the Blueprints section of the Black Market.

There are three different ways of earning blueprints. You can open the boxes available in the Black Market. Different boxes can give varying amounts of blueprints for different vehicles.

You can also obtain blueprints buying them in the Blueprints section of the Black Market. You can purchase the amount needed to reach the requirement for each vehicle.

Finally, you can use the Workshop to produce blueprints and convert blueprints into another vehicle's blueprints.

After you obtain the required amount of blueprints for a certain vehicle, you can claim the vehicle from the Blueprints section of the Black Market. You can also sell blueprints for cash in this section.

You can use Keys or Cash to open different boxes. Each box contains different prizes, every time a box is opened it grants one prize.

After each battle players are awarded keys.

VIP players gain extra keys after each battle. Having a high VIP level allows you to obtain even more keys.

Rank higher in the Leagues to obtain Keys even faster.

You can use the Workshop to produce blueprints and convert blueprints into another vehicle's blueprints.

In order to produce blueprints, an available Workshop Slot is requiered. At higher ranks more slots become available. VIP Players have extra slots, depending on their VIP level.

With enough slots, you can have multiple production jobs running at the same time.

Blueprints production is enabled for vehicles available to your rank. Production of VIP vehicles' blueprints is only available to players with an active VIP Subscription.

You can convert blueprints to another vehicle's blueprints in the Workshop as well. As tier difference between vehicles increases, less blueprints are obtained as a result of the conversion process.

As the vehicle tier's increases, conversion process takes longer.

Blueprints conversion is enabled for vehicles available to your rank. Conversion to VIP vehicles' blueprints is only available to players with an active VIP Subscription.

Pilots are equipable soldiers that can be trained to give special vehicle abilities and bonuses that can give players an edge on the battlefield.

There are 2 types of pilot in the game: Common and Legendary.

Common Pilot: this type has a blue colored background. All Common Pilots start with an initial ability when equipped to a vehicle. This ability is specially linked to the vehicle it is currently using. Every 10th level the pilot gains a new rank, and can learn a new ability that gives the vehicle it is piloting a bonus. Common Pilot can learn up to 7 abilities and can reach a maximum level of 70. With each individual level up the ability that is currently being trained increases its effectiveness.

Legendary Pilot: this type has a yellow colored background. Legendary Pilot share everything a Common Pilot is capable of, but with some exceptions. Their first Ability is gold colored, is for a particular vehicle and is not available for Common Pilot. Also Legendary Pilot Abilities can be upgraded to Tier 4. All this gives them an unique advantage when piloting the vehicle they are specialized for.

Pilots are purchased for gold in the Training Center. They appear randomly changing every 12 hours.

A refresh can be forced by spending gold. Legendary Pilots start at level 1, other Pilots may appear at higher levels and sometimes include future promotions.

The highest possible level increases as the player trains his Pilots. A new player will see only Pilots at level 1-10.

Pilots can Level Up in 2 different ways; by using the vehicles equipped with a Pilot in battle to gain experience, or using the “Boost” feature by spending gold to immediately advance the Pilot a Level.

The better the player performs in battle, the more experience Pilots will gain.

The higher the Pilot’s rank the more experience it requires to level up, as well as costing more gold to boost a level. You can keep track of your progress by looking at Pilot’s experience bar.

Abilities are bonuses that the Pilot transfers to the vehicle it is equipped to.

Abilities are Randomly selected after doing Promotions and they can be locked to a:

- Specific Vehicle: this Ability will only work on the locked vehicle.

- Specific Class: this Ability will work on any vehicle of the locked class (e.g. Tank, Hovercraft or Helicopter)

- Specific Vehicle Skill: this Ability will only work when the locked Vehicle Skill is equipped in the same vehicle as the Pilot is (e.g. “Turbo” Vehicle Skill has to be equipped - for the “Super Sonic” Pilot Ability can work)

There are 2 different types of Abilities:

- Standard: are available for all vehicles

- Unique: are available to a specific vehicle.

Pilot Abilities have Tiers (T1 to T4) that increase the bonus of the Pilot. Tiers can be increased by spending gold. Only Legendary Pilots can achieve T4.

Every 10th level after level 1 the Pilot needs to be promoted to a new Rank. In order to promote a Pilot, gold must be spent.

Each subsequent promotion costs more gold than the previous rank up.

Each promotion allows the Pilot to learn a new random ability (a maximum of 7) linked to the current equipped vehicle. Legendary Pilots have an extra Unique Ability.

Abilities can get replaced in 2 different ways:

- Random Ability: This will randomly replace the selected ability with a new one by spending a small amount of gold. The cost for this increases with the level of the Pilot.

- Choose: By spending more gold you can choose between all available Vehicle Abilities for the current Vehicle your Pilot is equipped to. Chosen Abilities are always T1. Also cost depends on the Pilot Level.

Some problems may come from corrupted data. Could you follow the steps below to reinstall the game:

1. Exit the game
2. From your Android home screen, select Settings > Applications > Manage applications
3. Select the game
4. On the app information screen, select Clear cache
5. On the same screen, select *Force Close*
6. Uninstall the game
7. Restart your device
8. Reinstall the game
