Learn about our Commitment to a Safe and Enjoyable Gaming Environment

Let’s start building a Better Community Together

Hello, Commanders!

We wanted to take a moment to talk about something very important to all of us: keeping our World Chat a safe and enjoyable place for everyone. We’ve noticed some concerns about an increase in bans lately, and I want to explain what’s going on and how you can help.

We have a dedicated team working around the clock to monitor the World Chat. Our primary goal is to create a welcoming environment where everyone can have fun without fear of harassment or abuse. This means we take action against insults, harassment, racist messages, discrimination, and any discussions that get out of hand.

Why Are There More Bans?

Recently, we’ve stepped up our efforts to ensure a safe space for our community. This has resulted in more bans as we crack down on behavior that doesn’t belong in our game. If you’ve been banned, please understand that our decision is final. Sending multiple tickets to our Help Center won’t change the outcome—you’ll need to wait out the ban period.

What Can You Do to Help?

We rely on our community to help us maintain these standards. If you see something inappropriate, the best thing you can do is report it. Here’s how:

Report Messages: Each message in the chat has a “!” symbol in a red square. Click on it to see the report options, which also allow you to mute the user.

Wait for Our Response: Our chat monitors review reports daily. If you don’t see any action after 3 or 4 days, stay calm. Send us a message via our Help Center with the exact date of the report and, if possible, the exact message. This helps us track and address the issue more efficiently.

Common Mistakes to Avoid:

Screenshots: While screenshots might seem helpful, they actually slow us down. We need specific details from the in-game report system to act quickly and accurately.

Vague Reports: Saying “This player said something bad” isn’t enough. We need precise information to take action.

Remember, each of you is the first line of defense against toxicity. By working together and following the proper reporting steps, we can create a better, safer community for everyone.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Let’s make Massive Warfare a game we’re all proud to be a part of!

Stay safe and happy gaming,

Community Team from Massive Warfare
